Mikael

30+ years as a CFO and finance director, having led finance in companies with up to SEK 3.5bn in turnover and 700 employees. As an interim and fractional CFO he has run finance across SaaS, edtech, fintech and water-tech. He executes transactions in practice — the carve-out and management buy-out of Soundtrap from Spotify, the Canal Digital cable carve-out with its vendor due diligence, plus refinancings, IM material and funding rounds. He has built and steered international groups across Europe, North America and Asia — transfer pricing and governance in place — and implemented ERP and BI systems (Salesforce-integrated ERP, QlikView).

Founder · Controller · Operational precision

Mira

Controller and senior accountant with 15+ years across the full path from current bookkeeping to close — monthly and year-end close, group reconciliations, cash-flow analysis, annual reports, VAT and tax, and liaison with auditors and banks. She comes from audit (Grant Thornton); it is this hands-on competence that makes the reports actually reconcile — and arrive on time. Genuinely international, with assignments based in Dubai, New York and London, plus recruitment and start-up know-how (including work with Antler). She has led ERP migrations and works fluently across a broad range of finance systems.
